Pricing
Hourly Rates + Deposit
No hourly minimum required.
Monday - Thursday | $100 per hour
Friday - Sunday | $125 per hour
To ensure your event date is secured, we require a deposit due at booking. The deposit is 50% of your total quote, up to $200. This is NOT an additional fee, it will credit to your invoice. Remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

Capacity
Seated, Standing Room Only, Etc.
Our maximum capacity indoors at standing room only is 150 people.
For a seated event, maximum capacity is 64 attendees and 4 event staff, for a total of 68 people.
We offer banquet tables and cocktail tables, please contact us for capacity rates with mixed table floor plans and indoor-outdoor events.

Drink Responsibly

Rental rates include use of our in-house tables, chairs, and linens. We have black, 6 foot rectangle banquet tables that can comfortably seat 8 people.
White cocktail tables are great for mixing in for guests who wish to stand. Black linens are available for both table options at no additional cost.
Our sturdy folding chairs are gray with black metal accents.

We are a BYOB friendly establishment. Depending on the size of your event, we may require renters to hire a TABC certified bartender to serve your alcohol. Glass bottles are not allowed. Liquor cannot be served or consumed on the premises. We reserve the right to change alcohol policy without notice, so contact our team for the most current information.
Cancellation Policy
Refunding Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less from the event date. However, they can be applied toward a different/rescheduled date.
Deposits are refundable 31 days or more prior to event date, minus processing fees.
Payment Methods
Cash, Check, or Card
We accept payments via cash, check or card. Payments can be made in person at our office at 103 E 2nd Street, mailed to P.O. Box 1918, or contact us to pay by card.
